RUIE «Brestkhlebprom» is leading enterprise on manufacture of bakery and confectionery products of the Brest area. It is a part of Department on bakeries of the Ministry of Agriculture and the foodstuffs Republic of Belarus. Primary goal RUIE «Brestkhlebprom» in the market – satisfaction of requirement of the Belarus buyer in bakery and useful to health bakery and confectionery products under the reasonable price.

RUIE «Brestkhlebprom» includes 7 branches on all territory of the Brest area – Baranovichsky, Pinsky, Kobrinsky, Gantsevichsky, Luninetsky, Stolinsky and David-Gorodoksky. The head office of the enterprise is located in Brest.

For today in all production association 2200 persons work nearby. Since June, 2006 RUIE «Brestkhlebprom» realises all assortment of let out production under the trade mark «Berestejsky pekar». Now RUIE «Brestkhlebprom» makes more than 700 names of bakery and confectionery products. It bread, bakeries of a product crackers, cookies, gingerbread, pies, cakes, fruitcakes, kozinaki, shcherbet, the dough puff, sweets flour and sugar, kissel, kvass dry grain etc. Production is widely known to inhabitants of the Brest area, and some kinds of bakery and confectionery products to inhabitants of all republic and even near and far abroad.

The beginning RUIE «Bresthlebprom» was necessary to existence building and introduction in shop operation on a batch of rye bread in Brest in 1924 which exists on present time. First confectionery shop RUIE «Bresthlebprom» has been opened in 1975. Thus, our enterprise has old traditions, based on ancient Belarus recipes and supported with the newest technologies and the modern equipment.
